GoatsThinking Of Keeping A Goat? - Provided by Alan Butcher of the Devon Goat Society (Tel 01803 813681) and is intended as a broad and brief guideline only. **PLEASE NOTE** the telephone number for Alan Butcher on the pdf document is incorrect, so please use the number show on this page. We have a number of goats that are available for sponsorship. Additional information will be available by telephoning the sanctuary.
Goats for Re-homing Direct If someone needs to re-home a goat, they can e-mail or telephone me with the details. The same applies and if they are looking for a goat. Using my expertise I will put people in contact with each other. **NEW** Goats seeking a new home A new home is deperately sought for 3 Pygmy goats currently living in the Salisbury area (Wiltshire). The goats are 10 year old Blossom, and her 7 year old kids, Parsley and Myrtle. They are friendly and fairly easy to handle, and like most Pygmies can be naughty, but fun! They have had no contact with other animals or goats, so they only know each other. The current owner is very keen that they stay together, if at all possible. For further information please contact Leigh Garrett on 07969 200291.
**VERY URGENT** a new home is required for a flock of 11 Angora goats (11 females and two entire males). Most of the goats are believed to be between 1 and 3 years of age, and all still have their horns intact. They are located in the Crediton area, and transport will need to be provided. If you can rehome all or some please contact Kevin on 07817 353288.
If you wish to make your goats available for rehoming, please contact Lin. |
